Skiing/Snowboarding and yoga go together like mountains and snow. The flexibility that yoga provides is perfect for those ski and snowboarders who want the best from their riding.
We greet the day with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow session to warm up our muscles and awaken our minds for a day on the slopes. When we return to the chalet we treat those well-worked muscles to a mindful practice of healing Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Beginners: You are so welcome and we really encourage beginners to join. We provide different levels and options in each class to keep everyone gently challenged and constantly learning. It's a fantastic way to build a strong foundation if you are new to the practices of Yoga - so you can continue practicing on your return home.
