Explore the stunning Atlanterhavsvegen and some of the world's most beautiful hiking trails, majestic mountains, and breathtaking views. Our experienced instructors ensure you'll have a fulfilling experience, tailored to your needs and fitness level.

Guided hikes at a leisurely pace with plenty of breaks, relaxation, and downtime allow you to be active while still finding harmony. The fitness retreat is suitable for all levels; we adjust each session so you get exactly the weekend you desire. Amazing nature experiences, yoga, and fitness training, and campfire chats with fellow nature enthusiasts, will create memories to last a lifetime.


Pille Mitt, an experienced yoga teacher who has inspired participants for many years, organizes retreats and has extensive knowledge of healthy food and nutrition.

Henriette Kitel, European and world champion in boxing and kickboxing. With extensive experience in hospitality, hotels, and adventure.

PS: Fitness boxing is for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and it is varied and fun training for all.

11.00 Hiking: choose between a short hike to Skjernes/Bremsnes cave or a long mountain hike to Mekknoken

Evening by the fireplace at the dock loft

Day 3, Saturday:

07.30-08.45 Morning Yoga

11.00 Mountain hike to Melen or relax and personal time at the dock

Fishing, kayaking, SUP, or just enjoying the surroundings

Lunch outdoors

16.00 - 17.15 Yin/Restorative yoga

18.00 Dinner barbeque

Campfire and storytelling about the history of dried cod and the local area

Day 4, Sunday:

You'll stay at a charming fishing dock from 1910, with comfortable hotel beds and plenty of lovely areas for relaxation and activity. The location is idyllic, right by the waterfront and not far from Atlanterhavsvegen. Drømmebrygga is an experience in itself!

Booking and refund options: 

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 1500 NOK.
  • The deposit is refundable if the booking is canceled 30 days before the retreat starts.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival and is non-refundable.
