Join us for a deeply rejuvenating 7-night Healing Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat in Sri Lanka, where ancient healing traditions meet peaceful tropical nature.
This retreat takes place at Thaulle Pure Ayurveda Resort, a small luxury boutique retreat specializing in authentic Ayurvedic healing. The resort is run by Dr. Upul Rajapaksha, one of the most respected Ayurvedic specialists in Sri Lanka.
During your stay, you will receive daily Ayurvedic treatments (40 minutes) at the resort’s own Ayurveda center. Your treatments are carefully chosen after a private consultation with the doctor, who will assess your individual constitution and current physical and psychological needs. Each treatment program is personalized to support your healing, relaxation, and overall balance.
The retreat also includes two daily yoga sessions, designed to support the Ayurvedic treatments and help you reconnect with your body and mind. Gentle morning practices energize the body, while evening sessions focus on relaxation and restoration.
You will enjoy three nourishing Ayurvedic meals per day, prepared according to traditional principles to support digestion, detoxification, and vitality.
With only 28 rooms, Thaulle is an intimate boutique retreat. The peaceful environment, personalized treatments, and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place to rest, heal, and restore balance.
⚠️ Please note: The resort has only 28 rooms, so we recommend confirming your booking early to avoid disappointment.

You will stay at adults-only Thaulle Pure Ayurveda Resort, a peaceful boutique hotel, located in the southern province of Sri Lanka.
Far from the hustle and bustle of the Western world, the resort is nestled in the middle of nature, directly on the shores of Yoda Lake. Surrounded by rice paddies and a lush tropical garden, the property offers a serene and quiet environment, far removed from mass tourism.
Every room offers a calming view of the lake, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the peaceful surroundings. The gentle sounds of nature, tropical breezes, and open landscapes create the perfect atmosphere for rest and renewal.
This tranquil location is not a coincidence — it is an important part of the Ayurvedic healing concept. Reduced external stimulation helps improve sleep quality, lower stress hormones, and support the body’s natural regeneration process.
The resort has only 28 rooms, creating an intimate boutique atmosphere where guests receive personalized attention and care throughout their stay.
Rooms are designed in a simple and elegant Sri Lankan style and offer:
Comfortable beds and private bathrooms, private balconies or terraces with lake views, natural surroundings that encourage rest and relaxation
and easy access to the Ayurveda treatment center.
This peaceful environment allows you to disconnect from daily stress and fully focus on healing, relaxation, and inner balance during your retreat.
Food is an essential part of the Ayurvedic healing process.
During the retreat, you will enjoy three freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals per day, created to support digestion, balance the body, and enhance overall well-being.
Meals are:
Based on traditional Ayurvedic principles
Prepared with fresh local ingredients
Light, nourishing, and flavorful

Sri Lanka has many International Airports, but most people travel to Bandaranaike or Colombo International Airports.
Typical routes from Europe include one stop via major hubs such as:
Doha with Qatar Airways
Dubai with Emirates
Istanbul with Turkish Airlines
From those airports, we recommend taking a domestic flight to Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport or Weerawila Airport.
Domestic flights are operated by Cinnamon Air.
