Join us for the winter yoga retreat with skiing or snowboarding in the beautiful Italian Dolomites in February 2025!
Skiing/Snowboarding and yoga go together like mountains and snow. The flexibility, offered by yoga is perfect for those skiers and snowboarders who want the best out of their riding.
We will stay at the 4-star Hotel Saalerwirt in St. Lorenzo. The hotel is located on the mountain tops with stunning mountain caps and tree views to enjoy from your balcony or the breakfast table. Guests love this hotel, it's Spa with a steam room, saunas, relaxation room, massage/treatment room, and the lovely Tyrolean gourmet food and vine cellar. It is located a short drive or free shuttle from Kronplaz, the best ski mountain in the Dolomites.
We greet the day with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow session to warm up our muscles and awaken our minds for a day on the slopes. When we return to the chalet we treat those well-worked muscles to a mindful practice of healing Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Beginners: You are so welcome and we encourage beginners to join. We provide different levels and options in each class to keep everyone gently challenged and constantly learning. It's a fantastic way to build a strong foundation if you are new to the practices of Yoga - so you can continue practicing on your return home.

- 07:30 Morning yoga and pranayama class
