Thanks to Pille, Jodi and everyone who attended the retreat, I had a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating week. The sun that wasn't shining in the sky shone through all those beautiful, joyful souls.
The yoga classes were great and far exceeded my expectations. I've been practising ashtanga and hatha yoga for years, and at this retreat I discovered yin yoga, which I loved. Moreover, the shavasana at the end of the practice was a moment of pure happiness and serenity with Pille's gentle, soothing voice, the smell of incense, the relaxing music and the sound of the Tibetan bowl. The memory of that moment is a pearl that I add to my necklace of the best moments of my life, helping me to get through the difficult times.
