Breathe fresh mountain air, move your body, and slow down in nature surrounded by fjords, mountains, and open landscapes. This retreat is a balanced combination of hiking, yoga, and genuine connection – with yourself and with others.
You don’t need to be an advanced yogi or an experienced hiker to join. The focus is not on performance, but on how you feel.

You don’t need to be super fit, but it’s important to know that we hike in real nature — not on paved paths.
The trails go up and down the mountains and can include rocks, tree roots, uneven terrain, and occasionally muddy sections. These are typical Norwegian hiking trails — natural, well used by locals and far from crowded - offering a more authentic Norwegian hiking experience.
For locals, these hikes are considered easy or moderate, and even children often join. However, if you’re mostly used to walking on flat, paved surfaces, it may feel more challenging at first.
That’s why we hike at a relaxed, mindful pace, with plenty of breaks. There’s no rush, no competition — and with a positive mindset, everyone is able to complete the hikes.
Experience of hiking in Norway here.
You’ll likely feel a healthy physical tiredness — the kind that comes from moving your body in nature, hiking up and down mountains, and being active throughout the day.
This kind of fatigue is not overwhelming or harmful — it’s grounding and deeply satisfying. Many people notice their strength and stamina improving already during the retreat.
At the same time, your mind begins to slow down.
If you arrive with a busy head full of thoughts, stress, or worries, the combination of physical movement and mindful presence in nature helps to clear mental clutter.
Many guests also notice a quiet sense of gratitude emerging — for simple things like fresh air, a strong body, meaningful conversations, and time away from everyday pressures.
By the end of the retreat, most people feel calmer, more focused, and more connected — both to themselves and to the present moment.
Molde is a small coastal town surrounded by fjords and mountains – a peaceful place where you can truly slow down.
From here, we have easy access to some of the most beautiful hiking areas in Norway, with panoramic views, fresh air, and quiet nature all around.
We will welcome you with a dinner and opening circle on the first evening.

Food is an important part of the experience — simple, nourishing, and enjoyable.
Breakfast is served at the hotel buffet, offering a wide variety of options including breads, cheeses, eggs, fish, cereals, yoghurt, and fresh fruit. You can create a breakfast that suits your taste and energy needs for the day.
For lunch, you’ll prepare a packed meal from the breakfast buffet to take with you on the hike.
We begin the retreat with a shared welcome dinner — a warm, nourishing vegetarian or vegan meal enjoyed together as a group.
On most evenings, you’re free to explore local restaurants, either on your own or together with others. Molde offers a nice variety of options, from fresh seafood to international cuisine, including Indian and other flavors.
This gives you flexibility — to choose what you feel like eating, while still sharing the experience with the group if you wish.

This retreat is not about pushing limits — it’s about finding your own rhythm.
Some days feel more active, others more relaxed. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you.
Being in nature, moving your body, and stepping away from everyday routines often brings a sense of clarity. Many guests notice that things feel simpler, calmer, and more in perspective.
You’ll also be part of a small, supportive international group. People join from different countries and backgrounds, and many come alone. Connections tend to form naturally through shared experiences, creating a warm and open atmosphere.
Weather in Norway can change — and that’s part of the experience.
We adapt when needed, choosing the best options for safety, comfort, and enjoyment.
Some yoga, breathing, or meditation sessions may take place outdoors — surrounded by mountains, fresh air, and silence.
Guided tours take you into the heart of world-renowned wilderness destinations, such as Troll Church, Atlantic Road, Romsdalseggen, and smaller mountaintops with amazing views over the fjords. Sometimes, we will have yoga, pranayama, and meditation outdoors, at the top of the mountain.
